Shipping & Return Policy

At Wallet&Heart, we print everything to order. This takes on average 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Every product is printed in the USA and all orders over $35 will receive free shipping within the US. Free shipping includes Economy/USPS/UPS shipping (3-5 business days).

For international orders, shipping can take 1-4 weeks, depending on location and customs. International orders may receive import/duty fees upon delivery. Please be aware we do not charge these fees nor are we responsible for paying them.

***For orders shipped with a bad address or other similar reasons, reshipping fees will apply.

Returns
We do not offer returns due to the custom nature of our products. Everything is printed to order and final sale.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
