The blank printers ask for by name. Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton at 4.2 oz, 32 singles, side-seamed with shoulder taping so it keeps its shape.

The shirt itself
A classic unisex jersey tee that fits like one you have had for years. Soft cotton that takes a print properly, a ribbed knit collar that keeps its shape, shoulders tapered so it still fits after a hundred washes, and dual side seams holding the whole thing in shape rather than letting it twist.

- Airlume cotton Combed and ring-spun at 32 singles. The finer the yarn the smoother the surface, which is why detail holds on this blank and blurs on a cheap one.
- Dual side seams Seams down both sides give the garment structure and stop it twisting in the wash, which is what makes a tee hang badly after a few months.
- Ribbed collar Ribbed knit makes the collar elastic so it pulls back to shape instead of going slack and wavy at the neck.
- Taped shoulders Twill tape over the shoulder seams stabilises the back of the garment and stops it stretching out across the shoulders.
- Fibre by colour Solid colours are 100% cotton. Athletic Heather is 90/10 cotton and polyester, and the other heathers are 52/48.
- Cut for adults Sizes XS through 5XL. Unisex, so it suits most people without a separate mens and womens run.

These are the garment's own measurements, not body measurements. The bigger sizes cost more because they cost us more: 2XL $2.25, 3XL $4.50, 4XL $6.75, 5XL $9.00 above the base price.

Washing it
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Non-chlorine bleach only if you need it. Do not iron directly on the print.
Turn it inside out before it goes in and the print will outlast the shirt.

Retail fit, which means slightly relaxed through the body rather than boxy like a classic heavyweight tee. It is a unisex cut. If you are between sizes or want room, size up.
Yes. Tick "Print the back too" for $5.00 and you get a second 14 x 16 inch area. The two sides are designed separately in the designer, so the back can be a logo, text, a completely different image, whatever you want.
Heathers are a cotton and polyester blend, which is what gives them the flecked look. Ink sits slightly differently on them, so a design on a heather reads a touch softer than the same design on a solid. Athletic Heather is the lightest of them.
Wash it inside out in cold water and skip the dryer where you can, and it will outlast the shirt. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly on the print.
